Enterprise Customer Success Manager - Italy
As a Principal Customer Success Manager at Trustpilot, you will serve as the strategic partner for our highest-tier, most complex accounts in the Italian market. This role involves embedding Trustpilot's solutions into clients' long-term business strategies and digital ecosystems, ensuring that our platform delivers measurable value and aligns with their objectives.
Your primary responsibilities include leading executive onboarding for high-tier accounts, establishing multi-level relationships to secure strategic buy-in, and translating technical usage data into compelling ROI narratives. You will proactively manage customer health, identify risks, and design bespoke success plans to mitigate churn and uncover growth opportunities. Additionally, you will act as the primary executive contact, bridging customer needs with Trustpilot's leadership and contributing structured insights to inform our global product roadmap.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and proficient in English, with substantial experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS or technology environment. A strong understanding of the digital advertising and search marketing industry is preferred. You should demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder levels, and a genuine passion for driving customer success and measurable business impact.
