Enterprise Field Marketing Manager
Axon is seeking an Enterprise Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team dedicated to protecting life through innovative technology solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Enterprise team to build awareness and demand among key decision-makers and influencers in target verticals, including Retail, Healthcare, Logistics, Critical Infrastructure, and Data Centers. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to Axon's mission by connecting new audiences to our ecosystem of devices and cloud software.
As an Enterprise Field Marketing Manager, you will execute campaigns across digital, field, and content channels, focusing on building Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs tailored to specific verticals. You will manage Demandbase as the key marketing ABM platform for lead generation, oversee campaign timelines, asset requests, and internal workflows, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, and Sales teams. Additionally, you will support campaign reporting, coordinate creative reviews, and work with Marketing Analytics to track campaign results related to lead generation and conversion.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in field marketing, campaign execution, or vertical marketing, preferably with exposure to public sector or mission-aligned audiences. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage concurrent projects, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Demandbase, HubSpot, Sendoso, and Chat GPT is highly desirable. A passion for public safety and customer-centric storytelling will align well with Axon's values and mission.
