As an Enterprise Field Marketing Manager at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's presence into new markets such as retail and healthcare. You will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales team to align on target accounts and develop strategies that accelerate deals and position Axon as a category leader beyond public safety.

Key responsibilities include driving Axon's enterprise field marketing strategy with a direct focus on pipeline generation and revenue influence. You will design and execute a portfolio of events, including owned events, executive engagements, industry conferences, and customer activations. Additionally, you will lead the expansion into retail and healthcare verticals by developing targeted programs that appeal to new buyers and use cases. Establishing scalable frameworks for field marketing execution across regions and managing vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes are also essential aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in field or event marketing, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through events and field initiatives. Experience supporting enterprise sales and account-based strategies is crucial, along with the ability to plan and execute high-quality, high-stakes events. Familiarity with AI and emerging tools to enhance execution and personalization, as well as strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, are also important.
