Enterprise Partner Manager
The Enterprise Partner Manager at Kapitus is a pivotal role within the Channel Sales organization, focusing on high-value and complex transactions up to $2.5 million. This position is integral to developing, managing, and expanding engagement in major account opportunities across all ISO partners and Partnership Managers. The role demands strategic thinking and operational excellence to drive consistent growth in the major accounts segment.
Key responsibilities include owning and managing submissions to the major accounts underwriting team, establishing clear goals and metrics for large-deal performance, and serving as the point of escalation for all major account opportunities. The Enterprise Partner Manager will also develop and execute new opportunities to drive ISO and enterprise funding growth, position Kapitus as a premier funding partner through industry presence, and lead trainings to enhance partner understanding of Kapitus' funding capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or comparable experience, with over five years of B2B sales experience in payment processing, financial services, or consultative sales, and a history of exceeding targets. Demonstrated success in managing relationships with businesses in the $10 million to $100 million revenue range is essential. The role requires a self-starter who is highly independent, capable of building a book of business with limited guidance, and possesses excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM systems is also required.
Kapitus offers a competitive base salary of $150,000, with the final salary depending on factors such as geographic location, skills, and experience.
