Axon is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join a dynamic team focused on expanding our reach beyond public safety into new commercial markets. This role is integral to our mission of protecting life through innovative technology solutions. As part of a startup-like environment within the organization, you'll collaborate closely with Strategic Account Executives to drive the adoption of our products and services in enterprise markets.

In this quota-carrying position, your primary responsibilities will include outbound lead generation for commercial markets, closing small to medium-sized business deals, and generating interest in Axon's enterprise solutions within target accounts. You'll identify and engage key prospects, refine prospect messaging, and work in tandem with Marketing, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness. Establishing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders in enterprise accounts will be crucial, as will contributing to the development of foundational processes for the Enterprise Sales team. Additionally, approximately 25% of your time will involve supporting existing Account Executives in sales activities, including on-site travel to Fortune 500 companies nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and 2-4 years of B2B experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar sales role. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and organized team player who is customer-focused, creative, and an effective communicator. An analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and articulate the value of SaaS products are essential. Thriving in a fast-paced international environment and taking initiative to drive results are key attributes for success in this role.
