Events Marketing Specialist
The Events Marketing Specialist at OneTrust plays a pivotal role within the Global Events team, contributing to the planning and execution of over 80 annual events. These events range from community user groups and executive roadshows to major tradeshows and flagship conferences like TrustWeek and Sales Kickoff. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals early in their events or marketing careers who are eager to learn and excel in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include supporting the planning and execution of flagship conferences, coordinating vendor relations, managing speaker and breakout logistics, and overseeing sponsor support. The specialist will also assist with OneTrust's presence at third-party tradeshows, ensuring seamless project plans, internal enablement, onsite logistics, and post-event reporting. Additionally, the role involves supporting community and customer events, including user groups and global roadshows.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience supporting marketing events or tradeshows, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. A degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field is preferred. Experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft tools is required, and familiarity with CVENT event website building, registration management, and content management is a plus.
