Senior Data Analyst
The Senior Data Analyst at OneTrust plays a strategic role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization, with a particular focus on supporting the Marketing team. This position is integral to ensuring that analytics efforts align with key business objectives, contributing to the company's mission of enabling innovation through the responsible use of data and AI.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights. The analyst will partner with business leaders in product, finance, marketing, and customer experience to uncover insights and identify opportunities. Additionally, the role involves conducting data preparation, transformation, and cleaning processes to ensure data integrity and readiness for analysis. Applying advanced statistical techniques, including causal inference methods, to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights is also a critical aspect of the position.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus, such as Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or Mathematics, and possesses over five years of experience using analytical and statistical methods to support and drive critical business outcomes. Demonstrated success in influencing business strategy from an analytics perspective is essential. Advanced experience with SQL is required, with a strong preference for marketing analytics experience in a B2B environment. Proficiency in Power BI is preferred, along with strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to building prototypes and improving based on learnings are also important.
The annual base pay range for this role is $88,875 to $118,500 USD. Compensation is determined by factors such as location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and benefits.
