Cermaticom is seeking a dedicated Field Collection professional to join our team in the Jabodetabek area. As a key player in our financial services operations, you will be instrumental in managing and recovering overdue accounts, ensuring the company's financial stability and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will visit debtors to deliver warning letters for accounts overdue by more than 60 days, validate their current situation, and negotiate suitable payment options. Monitoring payment commitments, locating unreachable customers, and ensuring the accuracy of customer data are also essential responsibilities. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal collections and related units to effectively handle debtor cases.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of six months' experience in banking or multifinance, with fintech experience being advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in field collection for unsecured loans, persistence in achieving targets, teamwork capabilities, and familiarity with computer applications and Microsoft Office are essential. Candidates must own a motorcycle with a valid SIM C license and reside in the Jabodetabek area.
