Candidates should be male, aged between 18 and 50 years, and possess at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK). While prior work experience is not mandatory, having a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license is essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required, along with persistence and a target-oriented mindset. Familiarity with computer applications and Microsoft Office is also beneficial.
