Field Collection - Kendari

is seeking a Field Collection Officer to join our team in Kendari. As a leading financial technology company in Indonesia, we are dedicated to simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on managing and recovering outstanding debts to maintain the company's financial health.

The primary responsibilities include visiting debtors to deliver warning letters for overdue payments exceeding 20 days, validating their conditions, analyzing outstanding obligations, and negotiating suitable payment options. The officer will monitor payment commitments, follow up accordingly, and ensure accurate customer data, including contact information and addresses. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal collection teams and related units to handle debtor cases effectively.

Candidates should have a minimum of six months of experience in banking or multifinance as a Field Collector, with fintech industry experience being advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. Applicants must possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and have access to a motorcycle. Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office is essential, and residency in Kendari is preferred.
