Field Collection - Kupang

is seeking a dedicated Field Collection professional to join our team in Kupang. As a key player in our financial services operations, you will be instrumental in managing and recovering outstanding debts, ensuring the company's financial health and maintaining strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will visit debtors to deliver warning letters for accounts overdue by more than 20 days, validate their current situation, and negotiate appropriate payment solutions. Monitoring and following up on payment commitments, locating customers who are difficult to contact, and ensuring the accuracy of customer data are also essential responsibilities. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal collection teams and related units to effectively handle debtor cases.

The ideal candidate has at least six months of experience in banking or multifinance sectors, with fintech experience being a plus. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills, persistence, and a target-oriented mindset are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with computer applications are also necessary. Candidates must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
