Field Collection - Lampung

is seeking a Field Collection Officer to join our team in Lampung. As a leading financial technology company, we are committed to providing innovative financial solutions to our customers. The Field Collection Officer will play a crucial role in managing and recovering overdue accounts, ensuring the financial health of our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for visiting debtors to deliver warning letters for accounts overdue by more than 20 days. You will validate the debtor's situation, analyze their financial condition, and negotiate appropriate payment options. Monitoring payment commitments and following up as necessary will be key aspects of your daily activities. Additionally, you will locate customers who are unresponsive and ensure the accuracy of their contact information. Reporting your findings and coordinating with internal teams will be essential to effectively manage each case.

The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in banking or multifinance, with a background in the fintech industry being advantageous. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with proficiency in field collection practices for unsecured loans. Candidates must possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and have access to a personal vehicle. Familiarity with computer applications and Microsoft Office is necessary. Residency in Bandar Lampung or Metro is preferred.
