Field Collection - Lombok

is seeking a Field Collection Specialist to join our team in Lombok. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on managing and recovering outstanding debts to maintain our financial health.

The Field Collection Specialist will be responsible for visiting debtors to deliver warning letters for overdue payments exceeding 20 days. Key duties include validating debtor conditions, analyzing and collecting outstanding payments, negotiating suitable payment options with customers, monitoring payment commitments, and ensuring accurate customer data. Additionally, the role involves locating customers who are unresponsive and coordinating with internal collection teams to address debtor issues effectively.

Candidates should have a minimum of six months of experience in banking or multifinance as a Field Collector, with fintech industry experience being advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Essential skills include strong communication and negotiation abilities, proficiency in field collection for unsecured loans, persistence, and a target-oriented mindset. Applicants must possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and have access to a motorcycle. Familiarity with computer applications and Microsoft Office is also necessary. Residency in Lombok, specifically in Mataram City or Lombok Regency, is preferred.
