Field Collection - Makassar

The Field Collection role at involves visiting debtors in Makassar who have overdue payments exceeding 20 days. The primary objective is to validate their current situation, analyze outstanding obligations, and facilitate the collection of unpaid debts. This position is integral to the company's efforts in maintaining financial health and ensuring timely repayments.

Key responsibilities include delivering warning letters to debtors, negotiating suitable payment options, and monitoring agreed-upon payment commitments. The role also requires locating customers who are unresponsive at their registered addresses or workplaces, verifying the accuracy of customer data such as phone numbers and addresses, and coordinating with internal collection teams to address debtor issues effectively.

Candidates should have a minimum of six months' experience in banking or multifinance as a Field Collector, with additional experience in the fintech industry considered advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Applicants must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a persistent and target-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, is essential. A valid motorcycle license (minimum SIM C) and ownership of a motorcycle are necessary. Residency in Makassar or Gowa is preferred.
