The Field Collection role at Cermaticom involves visiting debtors in Malang who have overdue payments exceeding 60 days. The primary objective is to validate their situation, analyze outstanding obligations, and facilitate the collection of unpaid debts. Key responsibilities include delivering warning letters to debtors, negotiating suitable payment options, and monitoring agreed-upon payment commitments. The role also requires locating customers who are unresponsive at their registered addresses or workplaces, verifying the accuracy of customer contact information, and coordinating with internal collection teams to address debtor issues effectively.

Candidates should have at least six months of experience in banking or multifinance sectors, with additional experience in the fintech industry considered advantageous. A minimum education level of high school or equivalent is required. Essential skills include strong communication and negotiation abilities, persistence, and a target-oriented mindset. Applicants must possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and have access to a motorbike. Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office is also necessary.
