Field Collection - Manado

is seeking a Field Collection Officer to join our team in Manado, Indonesia. The Field Collection Officer will be responsible for visiting debtors with overdue payments exceeding 20 days to deliver warning letters, validate their conditions, and negotiate suitable payment options. Key duties include monitoring payment commitments, analyzing debtor situations, locating customers who are unresponsive, verifying customer data accuracy, and coordinating with internal teams to manage collections effectively.

Candidates should have a minimum of six months' experience in banking or multifinance as a Field Collector, with fintech experience being advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Applicants must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a valid motorcycle license (SIM C), and their own vehicle. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with computer applications are essential. Residency in Manado is preferred.
