Field Collection - Padang

As a Field Collection Officer at Cermaticom, you will be an integral part of our collections team, responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts from clients in the Padang area. Cermaticom is a leading financial technology company committed to providing innovative financial solutions to our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include visiting debtors to deliver warning letters for accounts overdue by more than 20 days, validating their current situation, analyzing outstanding obligations, and negotiating appropriate payment options. You will monitor payment commitments, follow up as necessary, and locate customers who are unresponsive at their registered addresses or workplaces. Ensuring the accuracy of customer data, including contact information and addresses, is also essential. Additionally, you will report and discuss visit outcomes with supervisors and maintain detailed records of all collection activities in the system.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of six months of experience as a Field Collector in banking or multifinance sectors, with experience in the fintech industry being advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with persistence and a strong orientation toward achieving targets. Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office is necessary. Candidates must possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and have access to a personal vehicle. Residency in Padang is preferred.
