Field Collection - Palu
Cermaticom is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Officer to join our team in Palu. In this role, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts by visiting debtors, delivering warning letters, and negotiating suitable payment options. This position is crucial in maintaining the company's financial health and ensuring timely repayments from clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include visiting debtors with overdue payments exceeding 20 days, delivering warning letters, and validating their current situation. You will analyze each case, negotiate appropriate payment solutions, monitor payment commitments, and follow up as necessary. Additionally, you will locate customers who are unresponsive at their registered addresses or contact numbers, ensuring all customer data is accurate and up-to-date. Regular reporting and coordination with internal collection teams and related units are also essential aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of six months of experience in banking or multifinance sectors, with prior experience in the fintech industry being advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Candidates must possess a valid motorcycle license (minimum SIM C) and have their own motorcycle. Residency in Palu is mandatory for this position.
