Field Collection - Pontianak

is seeking a Field Collection Officer to join our team in Pontianak. As a leading financial technology company in Indonesia, we are committed to providing accessible financial solutions to our customers. The Field Collection Officer will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding debts, ensuring the financial health of our operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for visiting debtors who have overdue payments exceeding 20 days, delivering warning letters, and validating their current financial conditions. You will negotiate appropriate payment options with customers, monitor their commitments, and follow up to ensure timely payments. Additionally, you will analyze each case, locate customers who are difficult to contact, verify their contact information, and coordinate with internal teams to manage debtor accounts effectively.

The ideal candidate should have at least six months of experience as a Field Collector in a bank or multifinance company; experience in the fintech industry is a plus. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a persistent and target-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office is essential. Applicants must own a motorcycle with a valid SIM C license and reside in Pontianak.
