Field Collection - Semarang

Cermaticom is seeking a Field Collection Officer to join our team in Semarang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts by conducting field visits to debtors, delivering warning letters, and negotiating payment solutions. This position is crucial in ensuring timely debt recovery and maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Key responsibilities include visiting debtors with overdue payments exceeding 20 days, validating their current situation, analyzing outstanding obligations, and negotiating appropriate payment options. You will monitor payment commitments, follow up as necessary, and locate customers who are unresponsive at their registered addresses or workplaces. Additionally, you will ensure the accuracy of customer data, including contact information and addresses, and coordinate with internal collection teams and related units to effectively handle debtor cases.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months of experience in banking or multifinance sectors, with additional experience in the fintech industry being advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, demonstrate persistence and a strong orientation towards achieving targets, and be capable of working collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office is essential. Applicants should reside in Semarang and have a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) along with access to a motor vehicle.
