Field Collection Team Leader - Ambon

As a Field Collection Team Leader at in Ambon, you will oversee and monitor the performance of the Collection and Recovery teams to ensure the achievement of predetermined targets. Your role involves providing reports, information, and feedback to superiors regarding daily, weekly, and monthly delinquency and moving accounts receivable targets.

Key responsibilities include assisting collectors in handling complex customer cases, supervising and coaching Field Collectors, addressing underperformance within the team, monitoring visit outcomes and frequencies, and discussing target achievements and challenges with superiors. Additionally, you will allocate handling areas to collectors, manage and monitor consumer payments, analyze consumer handling strategies, review and approve visit plans, and report branch target achievements and issues to superiors.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of three years of experience in banking, leasing, or multifinance sectors, with fintech industry experience considered a plus. A minimum education of D3 is required. Preference is given to those with experience as a supervisor or coordinator of Field Collectors. Candidates should own a motor vehicle with at least a SIM C license (SIM A is preferred), demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, exhibit leadership qualities, honesty, loyalty, and the ability to work towards targets. The role requires hard work, teamwork, a preference for fieldwork, proficiency in field collection for unsecured loans, and competence in Microsoft Office applications.
