Field Collection Team Leader - Balikpapan

The Field Collection Team Leader at in Balikpapan is responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of the Collection and Recovery teams to ensure the achievement of predetermined targets. This role involves supervising field collectors, providing coaching, and addressing performance issues to maintain high standards in debt recovery processes.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly delinquency and accounts receivable targets, assisting collectors with complex cases, and allocating territories among team members. The leader is also tasked with analyzing consumer payment behaviors, approving visit plans, and reporting progress and challenges to upper management.

Candidates should possess a minimum of three years' experience in banking, leasing, or multifinance sectors, with a preference for those with fintech backgrounds. A minimum education of D3 (Diploma) is required. Experience as a supervisor or coordinator of field collectors is advantageous. Applicants must have a motor vehicle with at least a SIM C license (SIM A is preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, leadership qualities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
