Field Collection Team Leader - Batam
As a Field Collection Team Leader at in Batam, you will oversee and monitor the performance of the Collection and Recovery teams to ensure the achievement of predetermined targets. Your role involves providing reports, information, and feedback to superiors regarding daily, weekly, and monthly delinquency and moving accounts receivable metrics. Additionally, you will assist collectors in handling complex customer cases and supervise the team by offering coaching to Field Collectors.
Key responsibilities include managing and monitoring consumer payments, analyzing customer handling, and reporting findings to superiors. You will also review and approve visit plans, allocate handling areas to collectors, and monitor the results and number of visits conducted by Field Collectors. Reporting and discussing branch target achievements, challenges, and difficulties with superiors is also part of your duties.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in banking, leasing, or multifinance sectors, with fintech industry experience being a plus. A minimum education of D3 is required, and preference is given to those with experience as a supervisor or coordinator of Field Collectors. Possessing a motor vehicle and at least a SIM C (SIM A is preferred) is necessary. Strong communication and negotiation skills, good leadership qualities, honesty, loyalty, and the ability to work with targets are essential. The candidate should be hardworking, able to work collaboratively in a team, enjoy fieldwork, have competence in field collection for unsecured loans, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
