Field Collection Team Leader

The Field Collection Team Leader at Cermaticom is responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of the Collection and Recovery team to ensure the achievement of predetermined targets. This role involves supervising field collectors, providing coaching, and addressing performance issues to maintain high standards in debt recovery operations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly delinquency and accounts receivable reports, assisting collectors with complex cases, and allocating territories among team members. The leader is also tasked with monitoring consumer payments, analyzing handling strategies, and approving visit plans to optimize collection efforts.

Candidates should possess a minimum of three years' experience in banking, leasing, or multifinance sectors, with a preference for those with fintech industry exposure. A minimum education of D3 is required, along with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Applicants must have a valid motorcycle license (SIM C), with a car license (SIM A) being advantageous, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
