Field Collection Team Leader

The Field Collection Team Leader at is responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of the Collection and Recovery teams to ensure the achievement of predetermined targets. This role involves supervising field collectors, providing coaching, and handling cases that require special attention. The position is based in Indonesia and offers a contract employment type.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly delinquency and accounts receivable targets, assisting collectors with challenging customer cases, and supervising the team to enhance their performance. The leader is also tasked with monitoring field visits, allocating territories to collectors, managing consumer payments, and analyzing customer handling to report to superiors.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in banking, leasing, or multifinance sectors, with a preference for those with fintech industry experience. A minimum education of D3 is required. Experience as a supervisor or coordinator of field collectors is advantageous. Applicants must possess a motorcycle with at least a SIM C license (SIM A is preferred), demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, exhibit leadership qualities, and be honest, loyal, and target-oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also necessary.
