Field Collection Team Leader - Lampung

As a Field Collection Team Leader at in Lampung, you will oversee and monitor the performance of the Collection and Recovery teams to ensure the achievement of predetermined targets. This role involves managing daily operations, providing feedback to superiors, and assisting collectors in handling complex customer cases.

Key responsibilities include supervising and coaching Field Collectors, addressing performance issues, monitoring visit outcomes, and allocating territories among collectors. You will also be responsible for managing consumer payments, analyzing customer handling strategies, and reviewing visit plans to ensure effective collection processes.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in banking, leasing, or multifinance sectors, with a preference for those with fintech industry experience. A minimum education of D3 is required. Candidates with prior experience as a supervisor or coordinator of Field Collectors are highly preferred. Possession of a motorcycle and at least a SIM C license (SIM A is advantageous) is necessary. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with honesty, loyalty, and the ability to work towards targets, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to engage in fieldwork are also required.
