Field Collection Team Leader - Pekanbaru

is seeking a Field Collection Team Leader to oversee and enhance the performance of our collection and recovery operations in Pekanbaru. This role is pivotal in ensuring the achievement of our financial targets and maintaining the quality of our receivables.

The primary responsibilities include managing and monitoring the collection and recovery team's performance to meet set targets. The leader will provide regular reports and feedback to superiors on daily, weekly, and monthly delinquency and accounts receivable movements. Additionally, the role involves assisting collectors with complex cases, supervising and coaching field collectors, addressing underperformance, and overseeing field visit outcomes. The leader will also allocate territories to collectors, manage consumer payments, analyze customer handling, review visit plans, and discuss branch target achievements and challenges with superiors.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years' experience in banking, leasing, or multifinance sectors, with fintech experience being advantageous. A minimum education of D3 is required. Preference is given to those with experience as a supervisor or coordinator of field collectors. Applicants must possess a motorcycle with at least a SIM C license (SIM A is preferred), demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, exhibit leadership qualities, honesty, loyalty, and the ability to work towards targets. The role requires hard work, teamwork, a preference for fieldwork, competence in field collection for unsecured loans, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
