The Field Collection Team Leader role at in Pontianak involves managing and monitoring the performance of the Collection and Recovery teams to ensure the achievement of set targets. The position requires providing reports, information, and feedback to superiors regarding daily, weekly, and monthly delinquency and accounts receivable movements. Additionally, the role includes assisting collectors in handling complex customer cases and supervising the team by offering coaching to Field Collectors.
Key responsibilities include overseeing and monitoring Collection and Recovery performance to meet predetermined targets. The Team Leader is expected to provide reports and feedback to superiors on delinquency targets and accounts receivable movements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The role also involves assisting collectors in debt collection efforts for complex customer cases, supervising the team, providing coaching to Field Collectors, addressing underperformance, monitoring visit outcomes and frequencies, and discussing target achievements and challenges with superiors. Furthermore, the Team Leader is responsible for allocating handling areas to each collector, managing and monitoring customer payments, analyzing customer handling, reviewing and approving visit plans, and reporting branch target achievements and issues to superiors.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, leasing, or multifinance sectors, with additional experience in the fintech industry considered a plus. A minimum education of D3 is required, and preference is given to those with experience as a supervisor or coordinator of Field Collectors. Candidates must possess a motor vehicle and at least a SIM C license, with a SIM A license being advantageous. Strong communication and negotiation skills, good leadership qualities, honesty, loyalty, and the ability to work towards targets are essential. The role requires hard work, teamwork, a preference for fieldwork, competence in field collection for unsecured loans, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
