Field Collection Team Leader - Samarinda
is seeking a Field Collection Team Leader to oversee and optimize the performance of the Collection and Recovery teams in Samarinda. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's financial recovery targets are met through effective supervision and strategic planning.
The primary responsibilities include managing and monitoring the performance of the Collection and Recovery teams to achieve set targets. The leader will provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on delinquency and accounts receivable movements, assist collectors with complex cases, supervise and coach field collectors, and address performance issues within the team. Additionally, the role involves monitoring field visits, allocating territories, managing consumer payments, analyzing customer handling, and reviewing visit plans.
Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in banking, leasing, or multifinance sectors, with a preference for those with fintech industry experience. A minimum education of D3 is required, and prior experience as a supervisor or coordinator of field collectors is advantageous. Applicants must have a motor vehicle with at least a SIM C license (SIM A is preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, leadership qualities, honesty, loyalty, and the ability to work towards targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to engage in fieldwork are also essential.
