Field Collection - Yogyakarta

is seeking a Field Collection Officer to join our team in Yogyakarta. The Field Collection Officer will be responsible for visiting debtors to deliver warning letters for accounts overdue by more than 20 days, validating their current conditions, and negotiating appropriate payment options. The role includes monitoring payment commitments, ensuring accurate customer data, and coordinating with internal collection teams to address debtor issues effectively.

Candidates should have a minimum of six months' experience in banking or multifinance sectors, with fintech experience considered a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. Applicants must possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and have access to a motor vehicle. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and residing in Yogyakarta are also necessary.
