Field Marketing Specialist
Webflow is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to join its Events and Brand Marketing team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of field marketing programs across North America, supporting Webflow's mission to empower teams to design, launch, and optimize web experiences without barriers.
The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and executing various field marketing initiatives, including third-party sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner events. Key duties involve managing event logistics, maintaining program timelines, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating closely with the North American sales team to ensure successful event execution and follow-up. Additionally, the role includes tracking event performance metrics and contributing to post-event analyses to inform future strategies.
Candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience in field or event marketing within a sales-driven organization. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is acceptable. Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo is required, along with a willingness to travel to support over 20 events annually across North America and occasionally internationally.
The compensation for this role varies based on geographic location, with base salary ranges as follows:
- Zone A: $116,000 - $140,000
- Zone B: $110,000 - $132,000
- Zone C: $103,000 - $124,000
