Field Sales Manager
Square is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Territory Account Executives in Sydney, Australia. This role focuses on driving in-person sales strategies and expanding Square's presence in the local market.
The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for coaching Account Executives through all stages of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. This includes participating in prospect and customer meetings, demonstrating product knowledge, and developing sales strategies. The role also involves managing sales pipelines, conducting regular performance reviews, and ensuring consistent sales execution across multiple markets.
Candidates should have at least 8 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a high-growth environment, and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing field account executives. Strong product knowledge, competitive instincts, and a proven track record of developing high-performing sales teams are essential.
