Field Services Enablement Specialist, Data Migration

Ridgeline is seeking a Field Services Enablement Specialist to enhance data migration processes within its investment management platform. This role involves collaborating with Product, Consulting, and Customer Success teams to develop scalable solutions for transitioning portfolio accounting data, transactions, and performance history into Ridgeline's cloud-based system. The specialist will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring data accuracy and completeness during migrations.

Key responsibilities include developing standardized migration methodologies, creating tools and documentation, and guiding complex implementations. The role also involves supporting testing, validation, and troubleshooting efforts related to migration workflows and customer data ingestion. Additionally, the specialist will enable internal teams and consulting partners through training programs and best practice guidance.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in data migration within investment management software implementations, including at least one year with the Ridgeline platform. Expertise in portfolio accounting data structures, reconciliation, and data validation methodologies is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are also required.
