Finance Associate, Co-Invest

Audax Group is seeking a Finance Associate to join its Co-Invest Finance Group, a team responsible for the operational, accounting, tax, and reporting aspects of the co-investment portfolio. This role offers exposure to all of the firm's business units and involves collaboration with various internal departments and external advisors.

Key responsibilities include daily cash monitoring and reconciliation, recording journal entries for investment activities, preparing capital calls and distributions, and communicating with investors regarding capital activity, tax, compliance, and account statements. The associate will also coordinate with the management company team for payables reconciliation, assist with quarterly financial reporting, and work closely with the Business Solutions and FP&A teams to implement system efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Management, 1-3 years of experience in fund accounting, alternative investment operations, or audit focusing on partnerships and investments. Proficiency in Excel, experience with accounting software (Investran preferred), and familiarity with online banking platforms and treasury management systems are desired. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.

The base salary range for this position is $72,000 to $135,000, with potential eligibility for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
