Key responsibilities include providing first, second, and third-line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, applications, printers, networking, remote access, and telephony. Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels are essential. The role also demands self-motivation, multitasking capabilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks with limited direction. Availability for rotating, on-call support outside of normal working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required, along with some domestic travel. Preferred certifications include MCDST, MCP, A+, Network+, and Security+.

Compensation for this position ranges from $65 to $75 per hour, determined based on the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, along with the requirements of the position. Audax Group reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing organization, contributing to the stability and efficiency of its IT operations.
