Investor Operations Co-Op
Audax Group is seeking an Investor Operations Co-Op Coordinator to join its high-performing team in New York. This role involves managing outbound communications to investors and handling various inbound inquiries related to Audax Private Debt. The position offers significant visibility both externally with limited partners and internally with senior management, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading alternative investment firm.
Key responsibilities include maintaining CRM data quality through routine reviews and data backfills, supporting internal and external investor reporting by coordinating inputs and performing quality checks, and assisting with ad hoc anti-money laundering screenings. The Coordinator will also manage the DDQ/RFP library, monitor vendor and platform invoicing, assist with new product onboarding, and support fundraising industry news deliverables. Cross-training to provide support for investor onboarding, correspondence merging, and monthly/quarterly reporting is also expected.
Candidates should be currently enrolled in a BS/BA program and possess 0-2 years of previous administrative experience, preferably in the finance industry. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required, and knowledge of private debt or private equity industries, CRM databases like Dynamo or Salesforce, or alternative investment databases such as Preqin or eVestment is a plus.
The position is a hybrid role based in New York, requiring four days per week in the office. The hourly compensation ranges from $23 to $28, with eligibility for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
