The Senior Associate, Co-Invest Finance position at Audax Group involves managing the accounting, reporting, and administration of the firm's Co-Invest and General Partnership funds. This role is integral to the Co-Invest Finance Group, a team responsible for the operational, accounting, tax, and reporting aspects of the co-invest portfolio. The position offers exposure to all of Audax's business units and requires collaboration with various internal departments and external advisors.

Key responsibilities include preparing quarterly financial statements, capital accounts, and weekly management reports using Investran. The role also involves coordinating the year-end audit process, reviewing financial information for combined reporting and valuation support, drafting financial statement footnotes, and preparing NAV calculations and investor capital account statements. Additionally, the Senior Associate will partner with the Tax team to deliver accurate capital allocations and review legal documents such as Limited Partnership Agreements.

Candidates should possess a BS in Accounting, with an advanced degree or CPA strongly preferred. A professional experience of 4-7 years, including public accounting with a focus on alternative investment asset managers, is required. Understanding or experience with private equity or other alternative investment structures is preferred. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Investran, and advanced Excel skills are essential. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are also necessary.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000, with potential eligibility for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
