Senior Compliance Analyst
Audax Group, a leading alternative investment manager with approximately $42 billion in assets under management, is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Compliance Analyst to support all aspects of Audax Private Equity's compliance program. This newly created position reports directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and collaborates closely with the investor relations, accounting, and investment teams. The role is based in Boston, MA, with an expectation of being in the office four days per week.
The Senior Compliance Analyst will assist in implementing the compliance program, actively participate in annual reviews and risk assessments, and perform periodic compliance testing and monitoring. Responsibilities include administering and enforcing compliance policies and procedures, maintaining compliance records, tracking regulatory developments, and assisting with regulatory filings such as Form ADV Parts 1 and 2 and Form PF. The role also involves supporting SEC examinations, overseeing service providers, and reviewing marketing materials and investor communications.
Candidates should possess a BA or BS degree and have 3 to 5 years of compliance experience within the financial services sector, preferably with private fund advisor experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professional maturity, the ability to engage effectively at all levels, and experience with compliance testing and marketing material review. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000, with potential for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
