Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager at you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial operations within a dynamic fintech environment. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and delivering accurate monthly financial transaction data to organizational stakeholders, developing comprehensive monthly management accounts for managers, and maintaining monthly control account reconciliations. Additionally, you will manage financial risks, set performance targets to estimate short- and long-term financial objectives, and provide guidance on financial procedures to team members. Supporting other members of the Resources department as needed will also be part of your role.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a senior financial position. A solid understanding of multifinance or peer-to-peer lending businesses is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Oracle NetSuite is advantageous. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial for success in this role.
