Finance Supervisor

is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee and enhance its financial operations. As a leading financial technology company based in Jakarta, Indonesia, specializes in providing comprehensive financial product comparisons and services. The Finance Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing the company's financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

The primary responsibilities of this role include managing the full cycle of invoice and premium note issuance, validation, and distribution in a timely manner. The Finance Supervisor will prepare periodic accounts receivable reports and proactively follow up on outstanding receivables to maintain healthy cash flow. Additionally, the role involves performing bank reconciliations related to payments received from invoices and premium notes, preparing vouchers for incoming transactions, and maintaining the premium note tracker with high accuracy. Updating and maintaining insurance policy details and managing the Netting Account Receivable process, particularly for Premium Notes of PT Cermati Pialang Asuransi, are also key duties. Ensuring timely completion of weekly and monthly closing reports and maintaining a well-organized, secure, and structured financial documentation and filing system are essential aspects of the position.

Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax. Leadership experience is preferred, and experience in the insurance industry is considered a plus. Certification in Brevet A & B, with a solid understanding of basic taxation, is required.
