The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Associate at RVO Health plays a pivotal role within the Corporate Finance team, serving as a central hub for organizational data. This position is instrumental in managing workforce planning architecture and consolidating high-impact forecasts that drive strategic decision-making. RVO Health, established in 2022, is a healthcare platform comprising digital media brands, services, and technologies aimed at supporting individuals throughout their health and wellness journeys.

Key responsibilities include personnel modeling and strategic analysis, where the associate supports and maintains the personnel model, executing ad-hoc projects for the CFO and senior leadership team to evaluate headcount growth, compensation structures, and organizational changes. The role also involves assisting in the maintenance of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) reports, setting up and refining dashboards and data views for internal use. Additionally, the associate manages a centralized software forecasting process, optimizing spend and predicting future licensing needs across various business units. Identifying opportunities for process improvements within FP&A workflows and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy are also key aspects of the role.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of Power Query being a plus. A deep understanding of financial planning and analysis principles, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail are also required.

The position offers a starting salary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000, with actual compensation based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
