FP&A Manager
Garner Health is seeking an exceptional FP&A Manager to join our finance team. This role is pivotal in informing company strategy through financial analysis and developing scalable processes to support our rapid growth. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the FP&A Manager will play a key role in shaping the financial trajectory of the organization.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic, driver-based financial models to support business decisions, scenario planning, cash forecasting, and long-range strategic planning. This includes owning the budgeting and forecasting process, leading monthly financial reporting with variance and trend analyses, and implementing financial planning tools to enhance data accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with executive leadership to translate company strategy into actionable financial plans and conducting in-depth ad-hoc financial analyses to evaluate new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience, preferably in investment banking, private equity, or a startup FP&A function. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel are essential, along with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. The candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000 annually.
