Front End Engineer (Poland, Remote)

First Connect Insurance Services is seeking a Front End Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a digital marketplace, we provide independent insurance agents access to over 130 top US carriers, offering a range of policies including home, auto, and small business insurance. Our mission is to revolutionize the technology available to agents by delivering consumer-grade software solutions. With thousands of active agents and a rapidly growing user base, we are poised for significant expansion.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing user-facing features that ensure a seamless and engaging experience for our agents. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate design concepts into high-quality code, optimize application performance, and maintain the overall integrity of our front-end architecture. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and satisfaction of our users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React. Experience with modern frameworks and tools, such as Vite and Chakra UI, is highly desirable. A keen eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are essential. Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English are required.
