As a Growth Account Executive at Webflow, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by managing and closing complex SaaS deals with companies ranging from 50 to 300 employees. This position is integral to our mission of empowering teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. Webflow is a leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, committed to building an open, creative, and equitable web environment.

In this role, you will proactively build a sales pipeline with a strong emphasis on outbound strategies, identifying and engaging high-potential accounts. You will drive the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing, establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Solution Engineers, Legal, and SDR/BDRs to ensure comprehensive customer support. Additionally, you will negotiate annual or multi-year software contracts and effectively communicate Webflow's vision and value propositions.

The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in closing complex SaaS deals, managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and decision-making processes. A proven ability to balance outbound pipeline generation with active deal execution is essential. Strong skills in conducting thorough, consultative discovery to uncover business, technical, and organizational needs are required, along with a demonstrated success in closing deals with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of $25,000 or more.

Compensation for this role includes a cash compensation range of $136,000 to $160,000, which encompasses both the sales commission target and annual base salary. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends. Please note that this is a future opening, and Webflow does not currently have an immediate opening or confirmed start date for this role.
