Trustpilot is seeking a Global Campaign Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the planning and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns. As a key member of the Marketing team, this role involves aligning brand, product, and commercial priorities to ensure consistent messaging across global markets. The position is based in London and offers an opportunity to contribute to Trustpilot's mission of becoming the universal symbol of trust.

The Global Campaign Manager will be responsible for translating brand and product strategies into actionable project plans and deliverables. Key duties include managing project lifecycles by scoping timelines, identifying risks, and proactively removing blockers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. The role also involves driving global alignment by partnering with regional leads and channel owners to ensure consistent rollouts and messaging across all markets. Additionally, the manager will optimize Studio operations by refining planning frameworks and workflow systems to improve efficiency and resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in campaign management or marketing operations, ideally within a global or SaaS organization. They should be skilled at leading multi-channel campaigns from initial planning through to post-launch reporting. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with tools like Jira, Google Sheets, Asana, or are essential. A data-informed approach and a natural curiosity to adapt to evolving organizational processes are also important.
