Global Campaign Manager FTC
Trustpilot is seeking a Global Campaign Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the planning and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns. As a key member of the Marketing team, this role involves aligning brand, product, and commercial priorities to ensure consistent messaging across global markets. The position is based in Edinburgh, Scotland.
The Global Campaign Manager will be responsible for translating brand and product strategies into actionable project plans and deliverables. Key duties include investigating and proposing AI models and tools to enhance marketing efforts, collaborating with regional leads and channel owners to ensure consistent rollouts, managing project lifecycles by scoping timelines and identifying risks, optimizing Studio operations by refining planning frameworks, maintaining a campaign calendar and reporting dashboard, and managing budgets and external talent.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in campaign management or marketing operations, preferably within a global or SaaS organization. Essential skills include leading multi-channel campaigns from planning to post-launch reporting, managing cross-functional teams and external partners, proficiency with tools like Jira, Google Sheets, Asana, or adaptability to evolving operating models, and a strong understanding of creative workflows and performance reporting dashboards.
