Global Press Officer

Trustpilot is seeking a Global Press Officer to join our corporate communications team in London. As a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company, Trustpilot operates the world's largest independent consumer review platform. This role is pivotal in protecting and strengthening our corporate reputation during a time when trust, transparency, and credibility are paramount.

The Global Press Officer will manage a dynamic international press office, handle media inquiries across multiple markets, and support senior leadership profiling. Responsibilities include delivering proactive corporate campaigns that reinforce Trustpilot's position as a trusted, independent platform for consumers and businesses. Collaboration with teams across legal, product, marketing, and public affairs, as well as PR colleagues in key markets such as the UK, Germany, Italy, and the US, is essential to ensure consistent and credible messaging.

Candidates should have proven experience in a busy in-house press office environment, with confidence in handling complex or high-profile media inquiries. Strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly are essential. The role requires comfort in working at pace, managing multiple priorities, and building trusted relationships across teams and geographies. Experience in tech, platforms, or regulated environments is advantageous, and additional European language skills, especially Danish, are highly valued but not essential.
