Graduate SoC Architect
As a Graduate SoC Architect at Graphcore, you will join the Silicon Architecture Team, contributing to the design and development of next-generation AI acceleration hardware. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team focused on creating high-performance, highly integrated silicon solutions that drive advancements in artificial intelligence.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development of SoC sub-system specifications and design documentation, assisting in analyzing product requirements and their impact on system design trade-offs, and collaborating with architecture, design, and software teams to explore and evaluate technical solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to modeling and simulation of architectural features, assist in the integration and validation of SoC components, and participate in silicon bring-up, testing, and performance analysis activities.
Candidates should possess a degree (or expected degree) in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with an understanding of computer architecture or digital systems. Experience with programming languages such as Python, Rust, or C++ is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills and enthusiasm for learning and working in a collaborative team environment are also important.
