Graphic Design Lead
Axon is seeking a Graphic Design Lead to spearhead high-visibility campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. The position is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a hybrid work schedule emphasizing in-person collaboration.
The Graphic Design Lead will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high visual quality standards across various platforms, including digital, print, social media, web, and events. Key duties include translating complex product narratives into clear visual stories, driving creative direction from concept to final delivery, and mentoring team members to enhance overall design quality and efficiency.
Candidates should possess at least seven years of professional experience in graphic or brand design, preferably within technology, B2B, SaaS, or agency environments. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and creative leadership is essential. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly or Midjourney, is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend creative decisions to stakeholders are also necessary.
