Graphic Design Lead
As the Graphic Design Lead at Axon, you will spearhead the creative direction for major campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives across various platforms, including digital, print, social media, web, and events. Your responsibilities include leading the design process from concept to final delivery, mentoring team members to elevate overall quality and efficiency, and staying abreast of advancements in AI design tools to integrate them effectively into workflows. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, and Corporate Communications is essential to produce high-quality visual assets and maintain the Axon design system.
The ideal candidate possesses over seven years of professional experience in graphic or brand design within technology, B2B, SaaS, or agency environments. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and creative leadership is required, along with advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Hands-on experience with AI design tools, such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms, is crucial. Additionally, strong communication skills and the ability to work within established brand guidelines while introducing creative innovations are essential.
